Hi, I’m Dan!

I’ve been a real estate agent since 2025, but I started in the Des Moines housing market as an investor. I know firsthand the time and dedication it takes to find a house and get it back into working condition – whether that’s to resell or to live in yourself.

My background as a music and arts journalist makes me extremely detail oriented, organized, and deadline-driven. My ADHD means I’m great at recognizing patterns in the market and am always looking for a new puzzle to solve (AKA, finding you the right house for your needs). But the biggest reason you should work with me is that I believe self-expression is a vital part of the human experience. My job is not only to find you a house you love, but also to connect you with the resources you need to make your home your own. Because life is too short not to have a life-size elephant-shaped fountain in your backyard, avocado green and bubblegum pink kitchen cabinets, or whatever else you want to look at every day. After all, it’s your house.
